Yefim Massarsky was on the team responsible for the design of Exedra Tower, the structure located at the end of the three Quincy Market retail buildings and which also was serving as a visual transition to the sea shore promenade. Yefim was in charge of the important presentation to BRA  (Boston Redevelopment Authority) . He did all the renderings for this project. The presentation was successful and the actually built structure closely resembles the renderings.
